Sri Raghavendra Swamy widely acclaimed as Kalpavruksha and Kamadhenu of Kaliyuga is known to shower his blessings on his sincere devotees. Sri Raghavendra Mutt at BEML Layout, Rajarajeshwari Nagar has been rendering service to the devotees of the Mutt for several years. The Mutt is efficiently managed by SPSRRCE Trust, whose office bearers are drawn from different walks of life, who want to offer service to the devotees of Sri Raghavendra Swamy, through the Mutt.
To cater to the increased set of activities at the Mutt, SPSRRCE Trust has embarked on new construction activities, with the blessings of Hari, Vayu, Gurugalu. A Jnana Bhandara (Library), a room for the chario, a strong room, roof and flooring at the rear side of the Muttare a part of the immediate plans. Devotees of our Mutt donate valuable articles to the Brindavan and deities, which need to be safeguarded by us and hence, we need a strong room. In Jnana Bhandara, we plan to collect various literary work related to Vedas, our epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gira, works of our saints, Dasa Sahitya and books related to Science and Religion. We wish to complete these constructions well before Sri Raghavendra Swamy Aradhana, which is falling in the month of August 2005. Large amounts of money is required to carry out these activities.
We sincerely request the devotees to donate liberally towards this noble cause and obtain the blessings of Sri Raghavendra Swamy. Kindly refer this matter to your friendcs and relatives also to enable them to participate in this initiative. You may also provide ot the Mutt office, the names or email ids of potential donors that you are aware of.
Cheques or DDs need to be drawn in the name of 'SPSRRCE Trust Construction A/c'. Donations are accepted in kind also. The contributions are to be made directly to the Mutt office or to the trustees or to the construction committee members only. We request the donors to insist on official receipts, for any contributions made by them in cash or kind.
Donors making contributions above Rs.5000/- (in cash or kind) are eligible to perform KANAKABHISHEKA every year on any one day of their choice, starting from one year from the date of donatin. We request the devotees to fill in the appropriate form at the time of making the contribution itself.
