Shri Vishnu is the Maasaniyamaka. Chaithra and Vyshaka maasa comes in Vasantha Ruthu. In this combination, Chaithra Maasa is the beginning hence first day of the Maasa is called “Ugadi”. Lord Brahma created this Universe on this day says Purana. This day is also called as “Kalpa Aadi”. Mesha Sankranthi falls in this maasa, prior or past ten Ghalige of mesha sankranthi is sacred period. Auspicious works can be done during this period. The month is beginning of all Vrathas and starts with Ramanavami. This period is popularly known as “Vasantha Navarathri”. Ramayana pravachana and paarayana are done/arranged during this period. Hanuma jayanthi and Chaithra poornima celebrated with devotion. Vyshaka snana starts from this month.

Official receipt would be issued and seva performed on the desired day.
